Parents on Your Side

As an Instructional Assistant, your role in dealing with parents can be complicated.  In this 60-minute course, you will explore an instructional assistant’s role in dealing with parents and the importance of making parents feel welcome in the classroom and the school. Carol Douglas will be your facilitator. To obtain your certificate of participation, you will need to complete each section of this course.  After completion of the course, follow the directions for your personal certificate.
